with a
Better Access Mental Health Care Plan

Go to your GP and discuss your concerns with them
Your GP will need more than a standard consultation to talk with your about your concerns. They will ask some questions about your mental health and well-being. You may complete some screeners and they may refer you to a Psychologist

SherryB will provide a comprehensive evaluation and collaboratively conduct your initial assessment, to gather background information and your specific concerns.

Personalised Therapy Plan Based on the initial background information, SherryB will develop a therapy plan based on goals tailored to your unique needs and challenges.
