WELCOME to SherryB Psychology
One of the driving factors that motivated me to become a psychologist was the profound desire to contribute positively to people's lives. The potential to offer support, guidance, and therapeutic assistance to individuals of all ages navigating challenges resonated strongly with me.

My Experience
I am a registered psychologist and educator with over 24 years of experience My diverse skills have been honed through working in schools across regional, remote, and metropolitan areas of Queensland. I recognise the challenges that children, teens, and families face at various developmental stages, including forming social connections and dealing with learning-related stressors, as well as the impacts on family life. Having experienced the chaotic nature of parenthood myself, I can empathise with the stress that comes with it. With my background in both working and studying these issues, I am equipped to support you through this developmental phase.
My lived experience includes managing ambiguous grief, grief and loss, experiences with perinatal and postnatal difficulties, being a single parent with neurodivergent children, navigating work transitions, relationships, study, etc.
I have extensive experience working with adults and can help you navigate life's challenges, whether it's managing stress or anxiety, building self-esteem, setting goals, or enhancing your mood. I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey.
