  2. We have no wait times. The average first appointment takes place 1-2 weeks after we receive a referral.
  3. We can see all ages from 14-65+.
  4. Your patient may be eligible for a lower-cost concession fee, which may be 40-50% less than the national average!
  5. Concession fees are applied . The client pays a deposit for their first session and are eligble for $98.95 rebate.

Referral Guide for Clinicians

1. Referral

Complete a Mental Health Care Plan for your patient.

Patients with a MHCP are eligible for 10 sessions with us per year.

3. MHTP Review Reports

  • Receipt of MHCP

  • After the patient’s first session their psychologist will send you a letter.

  • The 6th session review report will be provided and the patient will be directed to see you for an review

  • The 10th session review report at the conclusion of the MHCP.

  • If the client does not engage in therapy, or are discharged from therapy.
