SherryB Psychology
Coming to therapy can feel daunting. At SherryB Psychology, clients are met with care, curiosity, and respect. Therapy provides a supportive space to explore experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward change at a pace that feels appropriate.
Support is grounded in evidence-based practice and adapted to suit adults, adolescents, and families at different stages of life.
Meet Sherrin Bell
Principal Psychologist

Knowing that starting therapy can feel daunting, I would like to introduce myself. I’m Sherry (she/her), a registered psychologist and the principal psychologist at SherryB Psychology.
I work with adults, adolescents, and families who are experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. My approach to therapy is thoughtful and collaborative, with a focus on creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and supported.
If you are feeling hesitant about beginning therapy, you are not alone. It is common to feel unsure or nervous about seeking support. Therapy is a confidential process and provides a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and gain a clearer understanding of what may be contributing to current difficulties.
I am mindful that therapy can be challenging at times, and I work with clients to ensure the pace feels manageable and appropriate. Together, we explore what has brought you to therapy and work toward approaches that feel supportive, meaningful, and aligned with your needs.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am,
then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers
